3. Proofing is the sole responsibility of the customers and Drummond Printing shall not be liable or held responsible for any discrepancies pertaining to any misprint, misspelled words, wrong colour code or layout content once job has been approved by the end users.
4. Prices estimates in this website are based on current costs of production for Drummond Printing and unless otherwise agreed, are subject to amendment on or at any time after acceptance, where such amendment is required in order to meet any increase or fall in such costs.
5. Drummond Printing shall not be liable to any party for any damages, claims, computer virus, expenses or losses of any kind arising from or in connection with the accuracy, availability, adequacy and completeness of the information, including.

7. All work carried out, whether experimentally or otherwise, at customer’s request shall be chargable.
8. Where any additional work of whatever nature is necessary as a result of copy supplied by customer not being clear and/or legible, Drummond Printing shall be entitled to make additional charges on a time and materials basis to cover such additional work.
9. You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this website, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Drummond Printing to produce the Products on your behalf.
10. Should expedited delivery be agreed Drummond Printing shall be entitled to make additional charges on a time and materials basis to cover any overtime or any other additional costs involved, including without limitation, the cost of couriers or special delivery post.
11. Due to differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production runs, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job will be deemed acceptable unless otherwise agreed made in writing.
